These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ClipHuman service (the "Service"), operated by Montgomery Media LLC ("ClipHuman", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your access credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You retain all ownership of the recordings, clips, and other content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, edit, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you — including generating clips and, at your direction, publishing them to social accounts you connect. You represent that you have the rights necessary to your Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
When you connect a third-party platform (such as LinkedIn, YouTube, or others), you authorize us to act on your behalf to publish the content you approve. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their services, availability, or actions.
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or that violates the rules of any connected platform. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
The Service uses AI to suggest topics, questions, and captions. These suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it is published.
Paid plans, if offered, are billed as described at the time of purchase.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Montgomery Media LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide more prominent notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
